You know, you wonder how organizations work.
Tommy Fitz in New Jersey, every Wednesday at noon, he was on the phone with a conference call with the owners, with also the commander's general manager, with the other teams they own, 76ers, I believe.
Those managers, they were all on the phone together, and it was like an hour conference call, and they would talk about what was going on in the organization.
They were, it's not micromanagement, it's good management.
And that's what Tommy Fitz told me he thought it was.
It was, you know, a great way to learn from the other people that work for these owners.
So, you know, there's different ways of doing it.
So, you know, I don't wish the guy any bad luck.
I think it would have been a challenge in Toronto for him.
