And he fought in Iraq.

And then I thought, fuck, by luck, by chance, did I pick this guy's family or something, you know? And then he says, no, but it's like my grandfather, or it's like my mother, or like my dad.

And they text me all the time. Every Christmas, every Thanksgiving, I get a beautiful message from Kevin, Kevin Lucy. They came and saw my play for the first time in Connecticut last year, I think it was. That was kind of scary, doing his son's story, his story about his son in front of them. I bet they loved it. They did. They did. They were, they're beautiful people, man. They're so supportive.
