And so how do you quiet that amygdala and how do you decrease?
I use the grayscale all the time.
It's your primal urge to scroll.
In fact, I can show you right now.
It's a form of self-preservation.
I have it automatically on my phone.
You keep your phone out of arm's reach or you keep it if you work in a cubicle in a drawer so you're not looking at it so that you get that prefrontal cortex to take over again so you're more intentional.
And, oh no, I did something here.
But what it does is it switches my phone automatically.
So that's another boundary.
