It's like, how can I do one thing at a time?
So as you move through, you're not doing all four tasks at the same time.
I live in a world where things, you know,
10 things are expected of me all at once.
Again, biologically impossible.
You can't actually do that.
And so you can focus on time blocking as a technique.
That's not what your brain is doing anyway.
And when you do monotasking or time blocking, it preserves your mental health.
And that is simply, let's say you have four tasks to complete in an hour.
It preserves your prefrontal cortex and increases your productivity, believe it or not.
Spend 10 minutes on task one, take a two minute break.
Spend 10 minutes on task two, take a two minute break and on and on.
So as you move through, you're not doing all four tasks at the same time.
Again, biologically impossible.
Fake commute is what I do.
You can't actually do that.
That's not what your brain is doing anyway.
So, you know, I really suggest it.
And when you do monotasking or time blocking, it preserves your mental health.
