And one of the things that happened is there was compression of my L3, L4. Right? Lumbar. Yeah. Lumbar three and lumbar four. If I show you the MRI, you don't even need to be a doctor.

You can see the L3 and L4 are kind of destroyed and inflamed and white on the MRI. And you can see the discs are barely even existing. The bone and bone are kind of touching. Right? So I try to avoid surgery since... I mean, I've been having bad back pain for five years. Lately, it was really bad. It really limited my life.
