That state is really weird.
So there is one of the 112 techniques that will bring you to enlightenment is to catch the moment of sleep.

So this is something that people need to understand.
When we're talking about meditation, I want you all to understand that this is a technique that I did for 12 years before seeing a single result.
And this technique will give you, and now we're going completely off the rails, okay, will give you a lot of insight into your past lives.
So there's something, and we can get into the science of that if you want to.
But like there's something like when people come to me and they say, hey, like I want to learn about my past lives.
The technique that I give them is to focus on the liminal state between consciousness and sleep and specifically to catch the moment of sleep.
So to see yourself fall asleep.
