They're cancer and they're risk of recurrence.

So we know like patients with MTAP deletions, that kind of thing, you know, they're going to have more aggressive disease.

But that's, you know, if you have a surplus of tissue, like you have a TRBT sample, you have, you know, a cystectomy sample.

But really, when patients have either locally advanced or metastatic disease, you should be getting NGS and HER2 IHC upfront on everyone.

So I think you're asking the question, is CIS plan eligibility...

What do we expect from EV304, essentially, from the cisplatin eligible population?

I think we're going to see pretty similar pathologic CR rates.

I don't think the cisplatin eligibility criteria is going to change the natural disease biology.

So I think we're going to see comparable rates, if not better, in the cisplatin eligible population.

And...

you know, this is going to, I think we're going to see what happened with metastatic disease, where we're going to be much more liberal about what we call cisplatin ineligible.

Very, very, very narrow, you know, population.

Especially when you're combining with Pembroke.

Yeah, we know skinness is, you know, platinum sensitive.

Yeah.

So Tanya Jindal, one of our outstanding medical students at Case Western, previously was at UCSF, who's been working with us on Unite since its inception.

She presented at ESMO this year a poster on EV Pembro outcomes in patients with variant histology.

So we actually did see some favorable responses in those with micropapillary variants.

And then plasmacytoid is a little bit hit or miss.

We didn't really see any with the neuroendocrine from my recollection.
