The whole world was told that actually high-fat foods will cause you to have heart attacks and strokes.
But that isn't true.
The nuance between actually there are loads of healthy fats was lost in that.
So we were all told, take fat out of your diet, focus in on carbohydrates mainly.
So what food production companies did then was make all these low fat foods and they took the fat out of things like yogurts and other foods.
But because they're not palatable, once the fat is taken out, they replace that taste with sugar and additives, which we now know are really bad for us.
So we replaced essentially a whole food, which was fat, with ultra processed foods.
Yeah.
They are healthy.
In balance.
In balance, yeah.
I think that's it.
And because they're whole foods, we're not just focusing on the fat content.
We're looking at it as a whole piece of food with so many other nutrients and micro, macro nutrients in.
So when people think butter, they just think, oh, God, you know, saturated fat.
But it's got loads of other beneficial things in there as well.
Right.
Yeah, and they don't fill you up at all.
No, they don't.
Because they don't contain anything useful.
