It's a bit too late for me to say this now, but really, anyone with hay fever, particularly bad hay fever, should start taking their preventative medication, which is the nasal spray, in February, before the tree pollen starts to come out.
What?
What?
Nasal sprays are preventative.
They reduce your immune response.
Yeah.
How did we not know this?
Honestly, do not wait for spring to happen.
You need to get in there beforehand.
And remember, we talked about this before, the nasal sprays.
You don't put them up your nostril and shoot.
You send it off to the outer side, out like this.
Point the nozzle outwards.
If you just point it upwards, you'll swallow it and it'll all just come out.
It's disgusting.
Outwards.
So you're supposed to be starting that four weeks at least before your allergies come on.
So I know it's too late now, but as long as you're on there, it's fine.
Well, not for next year.
Not for the grass pollen people.
