And in turn, your good health will mean your gut microbiome will flourish.
There are foods, of course, that aren't good for your health and are not good for your gut microbiome as well.
And that's where the problem lies.
Everybody's normal is different.
So I can't say, you know, you have to be passing poo this many times a day or this many times a week.
Whatever's normal for you is normal for you.
And as long as that hasn't changed or become different, then that's OK.
But what it should feel like is you shouldn't be rushing to the toilet to pass a sudden poo that might be loose.
You shouldn't have to sit in the toilet and...
strain really hard to to pass a really hard poo so you should be going to the toilet comfortably when you need to and then sitting on that toilet not for too long opening your bowels and the consistency should be a bit like soft plasticine so it comes out like a nice smooth log uh and you're not you're not straight i'm 45 and i still find that with sonny why is that funny i'm such a baby oh my god
But it is funny.
It's a log, right?
It is funny.
Yeah, that's absolutely right.
Some people don't even go every day.
And so, but that might just be normal for them.
And that is what's key.
As long as when they do go, it's not runny, it's not hard and it doesn't hurt.
They're not getting abdominal cramps, they're not getting lots of gas because that would suggest there's something else going on.
Poo is such a good indicator for your health.
