We want your total cholesterol to be below four.
Now, I'm saying total cholesterol because that is made up with your HDLs and your LDLs.
So you also want specific numbers for your HDLs and LDLs because you might have a relatively high amount of cholesterol.
But if a lot of it is your good cholesterol, it's not so bad, right?
So with your LDLs, we want to keep that number below three.
And with your HDLs, it's different for men and women.
For men, we want it above one.
And for women, we want it above 1.2.

I probably do because I'm a man, I'm South Asian, and I've got a family history.
But you look so good.
But that's the outside, babes, the outside.
The inside might not so much.
