Along the way, of course, we talked about what your heart is, why that tissue is special and unique.
and how it functions.
We talked specifically about your VO2 max, how to test that score, how to know where you are in that spectrum of good, great, terrible, elite, and then really what to do about it at the end.
In covering that stuff, we also gave some hints about things like CO2 tolerance, how that influences sleep and recovery, respiratory rate, HRV, and a number of other factors that are not directly but highly associated with overall cardiovascular health.
