So how would you know if your performance is getting better?
We just have to have some objective marker of,
performance?
Like, are you lifting?
Are you running?
Like, what are you doing?
Are you?
Are you either going more?
Well, the two ways we would typically do this in the lab is like a time trial.
right?
Or maximum performance.
Like, so you can play the game.
So you can say, we're going to lock this in at 30 minutes and say, how much work can you get done in 30 minutes?
Oh, you got more work done this time than you did without the caffeine or the opposite.
We're going to run a 5k and does your time get better?
Like those are the kind of like the two ways to pay attention to it.
And you'll generally see benefit in both of those scenarios.

You'll see that.
like pretty consistently, you'll see that actually even with muscle growth.
