You want to actually start doing anything to prevent someone getting sick when they're traveling.

I do not hesitate to go to a gram of vitamin C. You can go way up there for three days, five days, seven days, two weeks, whatever the case is.
Not super concerned about that.
We're not going to live at that level.

What's actually, what do you think a half-life is on 500 milligrams of caffeine?
I don't even remember the last time we recommended vitamin E to anybody.
So we rarely dose it for all those reasons.
The reason I asked you that half-life question was I was thinking the same thing.

I don't know anybody that's actually run any even light trial on timing of vitamin C for exercise adaptations.
So I don't know.
I don't know if you took it later in the day and you train, took it 12 hours away.
I don't know that it would have a different effect.
It may, it could.
