Absolutely.
And I think that what it comes down to is resilience.
And, you know, a lot of times when we are going through painful events in our lives, we obviously cope with those in different ways.
But no one really formally teaches us that.
We don't go through courses in high school or college, you know, called Pain 101, where you understand how to deal with your pain.
It's very much an individual thing.
But by using these experiences in our lives, and I certainly don't wish pain on anyone, but when we do have pain and we look at the message that the pain is trying to tell us, whether there's a problem somewhere in our bodies or whether we're just in a toxic situation that we need to get out of, then when we listen to that pain and we grow with it, then we become stronger.
