So I've learned that I would love to be 33 again and be able to eat that late at night.
You said that I'm like, oh, it's been a while since I've eaten that late at night.
It's probably the hardest thing to teach my patients, too, is like you don't appreciate how much insulin you make that late at night.
Now, you're still in a season where you get to just kick your heels and enjoy youth.

You know, what's really hard though is how much of your life is social.
Like you said, oh, there was this dinner party last night and I had pasta.
And you're like, yep, that would be something I have to teach my patients.
You have to say no to that.
You cannot be eating at 10 o'clock at night if you want your insulin to not...
to not do that debris thing.
