That's going to be to reduce overall inflammation. I think that's great for reducing chronic inflammation. Are you going to see a specific improvement in your skin by taking omega-3 supplement? I don't know that that's necessarily the case. I haven't heard from my patients those types of direct connections that we have seen with

let's say a Nutrafol hair supplement or specific collagen supplements. But those would probably be the ones that I would put up there. I mean, I'm also a fan of taking a daily multivitamin, of taking an antioxidant supplements.

Yeah. I mean, there are a lot of treatments out there that have been promoted. I think one of them that's kind of funny is the idea of perineal sunning. And it's this idea that if you get sun on your genitals, that that's going to help improve your vitamin D levels. It's going to help with improving your overall health and wellness. Interestingly enough,

Getting sun on your body, okay, so you mentioned earlier sunscreen, and I am a fan of sunscreen. When I'm out, I will wear sunscreen. I am not a dermatologist. I know dermatologists of mine who will be sitting in a basement all day, and they're going to put sunscreen on before they go in their basement all day. I'm not one of those types.

Studies show you need, if you're Caucasian, you need 15 minutes of sun to prevent a vitamin D deficiency, if you're Caucasian, okay, with light skin. If you are darker skin, then the amount of time you need in the sun is greater than that. And how much greater, it really depends on how dark your skin is. That being said, we also know that UV radiation is the number one cause of skin cancer.
