Hevel is like, it's like you can't grasp it. It's like seeing fog go across. Like you see it, you don't understand it. You can't like put your hand on it, right? So that's kind of what life is. So I think for me as a Christian, it's like, I have to kind of constantly be in this, this mindset of like, it's not this, it's not meaningless, but it's not everything at the same time. This life is not meaningless. It's not pointless. You are here for a reason. I think as parents, as people who are trying to better their health, you have to figure out what is that reason for you?
