Shell shock, which actually goes back.
Certainly to World War I, some of the historical.
This was fabulous, and one of the things why I think it's so important is that
PTSD usually is always seems to me as characterized as mental health problems.
And we all know that mental health treatments and resources for that tend to not be enough for what we need.
And now if we can really link it to some of the physiological and comorbidity
issues that your research is pinpointing, it really puts it more in the medical mainstream, which I think is potentially a positive for having more directed and active treatment for this and understanding that it's not in your head and it's not that you're losing sleep, it's that you're having a high blood pressure and ultimately with more strokes and heart attacks and all these other things.
So I think this does open the window potentially for understanding that this is a lot bigger than we thought it was.
And your research, your great research on that really is demonstrating that.
And then just the last thing is I'd love to have the playlist.
for not the placebo group, but for the group that did the deep breathing, because it really seems to be okay.
I know it's not going to be my granddaughter's rap music that she wants to play for me.
