So these calls have to be made seriously.
Nancy, the calls are stacking up.
It's one person after another, after another.
So I would think when multiple calls are coming in, you even then begin to take it more seriously.
And especially since, okay, so he hasn't shown up to work.
Three hours have passed.
He's their boss.
They're worried.
The fact that they are worried after three hours means that they know him and that they know something is seriously wrong.
Like in my field, we always say, listen to the patient, take them seriously, track with what they're saying.
This is what the dispatcher should have done.
You know, Nancy, obviously I don't know this guy, but one of the things about personality disorders and about abusers is that they always feel owed.
You owe me this, you owe me that.
And that kind of attitude could have given rise to stalking behavior.
I still want to get my pound of flesh from you.
Nancy, that household had a family dog.
