What I am hearing from all of this is in order to make this work to a certain extent, particularly initially, it'll probably settle into a dynamic that's relatively comfortable, hopefully, and all of that.

And the thing is, you see, you will make allowances for your daughter because she's your daughter.

You need to try... Make allowances.

...for someone else's daughter now too.

And that's the challenge for us because what we will...

allow for our own children because we love them is different to what we will allow for somebody else's children because we don't yet love them.

We might like them and we might love the other person, the partner.

We don't love their children yet.

So we have to work at that.

I think it would also be good, maybe lastly, is if you could view it differently.
