But yeah, trauma is not missing your bus.
Yeah.
And again, I would think probably younger generations probably using that, you know, and it is important to challenge those a little bit.
Like I have, my daughter would say my social battery is low and I'd be saying, no, you're still going to granny's.
It's almost like there's a sense of using terms that could be used as an out.
I've heard that one, the social battery.
I sort of like it, you know.
It's always like what we said.
Knowledge of these things are really important.
But if you're using them incorrectly to give yourself a pass or to give yourself an out or to weaponize somebody.
And another thing oftentimes people would say is, my therapist told me to...
dump you or whatever the case may be.
I don't know many therapists who would instruct any client to do that.
But from the point of view of, so yeah, again, it's just to be a little bit more careful around the use of those words.
And if you're hearing them to maybe question their validity as well.
And there's a chance if you're being called a narcissist that you are.
You are.
Equally, you should go in and think about that too.
