And it's oftentimes the kind of how many sessions will this take for this to go?

But it genuinely is because it's it's so dependent on how open they are, how open they are to change.
And look, you know, you might be doing some wonderful work with somebody and then something catastrophic happens in their lives that sets them back.
and you're trying, you have to kind of maybe do a restart on that.
But yeah, no, and look, you can do guidance stuff and say, like in a crisis situation, people would oftentimes ring me and I'd say, right, bang, A, B, C, D, do that and see if you can, like, let's just manage the next 24 hours, blah, blah, blah.
But for the more longstanding stuff,
it tends to be much more sustainable if they come to the solution themselves and they can come around to the idea and take some convincing.
And sometimes the other thing is you have to fail sometimes to realize.
