And on our podcast, Change Your Brain Every Day, we interviewed Mark Wollin.
And he talks about how trauma gets passed down through generations, that trauma causes epigenetic changes, these little switches on your genes, and it makes you more vulnerable to anxiety, depression, and the thoughts that are associated with it.
With those things.
And it may have nothing to do with you.
Or any experience you have had.

to having depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
