And yet, all we do is we live in this 90-degree realm where we don't really reach over our head unless we're reaching for something in an upper cupboard, right?

But that's why I love lateral flexion and rotation because it opens things up beautifully. It is one of the biggest pain like immediate pain eliminators.

And, you know, in addition to that, and you've probably noticed this as well from pretty much, I think, 100% of the moves I've ever shown online is that not only does it include all these ranges of motion that the body is designed to do, but there's also no passive stretching. Even when you feel a stretch, it's actually active.
