So this group of people are fairly familiar with meditation, and yet they have this idea, this thought, that 25% of the non-finishers and 11% of the finishers thought that meditation would be painful or difficult. 13% of the non-finishers thought that it would make them feel worse. And that 26%, which seems pretty high, that it would be a complete waste of time.
