Yes. I want to be, I have grandchildren. Yeah. I have, you know, adult children. I want to be around for them. And I don't, I think that's the other thing, watching a parent or two parents. My mother ended up with lots of strokes too later in life. And I think being a caregiver for two parents. Mm-hmm. is a lot.

Maybe they're not capable of doing that, or maybe they don't have the money to do that, or maybe they're not in the same town. There's all these things. So I think to myself, how can I be as independent for as long as I can, be as strong as I can? So when I go to the gym now, actually, I say to the trainer, I said, give me an exercise that can help me with my overhead compartment in the plane.

I want to walk around with her. I don't want to say when she says, Mama G, lift me up, lift me up. I don't want to go, oh, I can't. I want to be able to lift her up and then the next one up and the next one.
