So I like that because I think turmeric plays well with other spices, especially black pepper. I mean, there is kind of like this brother sister relationship between those two. One is helping the other. So the black pepper, just a little bit, and the ratio between black pepper to turmeric is like 20 milligrams of black pepper as that powder. and about 2000 milligrams of turmeric powder.
