And my answer would be, I knew the enemy.
You didn't.
Don't minimize it.
You have the right to be angry.
But not to hold on to it or live by it.
You've got to go through the rage.
Scream it out.
But don't get addicted to it.
Don't do anything in excess.
Drinking, smoking.
Rage is fear.
And the biggest fear of a child is the fear of abandonment.
