Harder time sleeping because progesterone really is a calming hormone. It helps us, helps women, helps people sleep better. So when it's low, many times you don't sleep as well. so when you really focus on the adrenal glands for example so you have you have two adrenal glands typically they sit up on top of your kidneys and those glands produce cortisol and they produce dhea and they a bunch of other things yeah so cortisol is one of your stress hormones so when you're under a lot of stress if you're under chronic stress for example i mean you know your body is going to be producing a lot of cortisol all the time

You're just not doing that self-care, which is so important for your adrenal glands.
