You're spending the time because you're thinking that it's good for you, but you'd rather be doing something else. You're not there. You're flossing, but your mind is thinking about a party you're going to go to, for example. To me, make it fun. It's so easy. I mean, you play little games. Can I predict how much junk is going to come out? And which teeth, which part?
