It is, like that sounds so silly, like I don't want to do that.
That may be valid and or it could be that that is actually a part that is trying to protect you from feeling something.
So we want to uncover that.
It is actually a therapy.
It's called drama therapy.
And in fact, we had to do it in master's training.
We had, gosh, you do so many different things in your training experiences, but one of them was drama therapy and that is when, and it's in a group, and I remember you're reenacting a situation and you're getting all of the players in and it's almost like, and this again can be a bottom-up approach, is that
For example, for someone that might have been in a place of real threat or subjugation, it might be that in the drama reenacting, you're actually fighting back or pushing back.
A hundred percent.

And it can be extremely powerful.

Yes, and that's really key in that, and that is that you're not changing history, you're changing how you relate to it, changing how you feel about it.
