So hopefully the doctor can give some guidance
Because a lot of times people say, I don't know, do I start with a psychiatrist?
Do I start, you know, how do I know?
And I'll tell people, a psychiatrist can prescribe medications.
If you think medication might be a part of your treatment, like, well, how will I know?
And I'll say, that's a good question.
So why don't we have you just try to start with finding someone you're comfortable talking to?
Are finances a concern?
Do you have insurance?
What will you be paying out of pocket?

That's a lot easier.
That's when you pay a copay, a small fee for going and that's it.
Or is the psychiatrist out of network?
Do you have to pay them out of pocket and at the end of the month, they give you a bill that shows you've paid and then you could submit that to your insurance for what's called out of network reimbursement?
Saying, do you have out of network reimbursement?
