The bottom line of all human behavior is you get the behavior you reward.
And if you look at the way our defense industry behaves today, it's because that's what they get rewarded for.
And if they don't, they get punished.
And so it's completely, you know, they are so exquisitely tuned into their customer.
That's all they're going to do is what their customer wants them to do.
