Again, if this is pre-cancerous for basal cell carcinoma, or even if it is basal cell carcinoma, then survival rate is very, very high.

The chances of it spreading, metastasizing, very, very low.

But here's why that's on the top of my differential.

We actually do have a preventive treatment

in the form of a topical cream, a topical medication, and it's called 5-FU or Fluoracil.

And so that is actually a chemotherapy that if you use it intravenously, like in a vein, it can treat colon cancer, breast cancer, different types of cancer.

But when it's used topically like a cream, then if your dermatologist is suspicious of basal cell carcinoma, or if they detect it in just some very early stages, if you put that cream on for a week, then what it will do, initially it'll get red, then it'll get angrier, more red, and it'll start crusting over.

after it's been on for a while and while you have that rash it tends to be painful it almost feels like a sunburn but once all of that skin crusts over then it's believed that the basal cell carcinoma or the precancerous lesions are removed and so through my little detective work even though the doctor didn't say what it is that seems like it's most likely oh one more thing if you're using this cream it's recommended that you not go out in the sun

When's the last time he played golf?

Yes.

I don't know.

But it'd be really interesting if he hasn't been out in the sun for the past couple of weeks, then more likely than not, that's what it is.

So again, I don't know.

It's a lot.

It's a lot.

I mean, he's going to be 80 this year, you know, and he's in arguably arguably the most stressful job, you know, in the world.

So if you were any other almost 80 year old, it wouldn't even make us pay attention.

But really, the fact that his doctors say things like he's in excellent health or he's the healthiest president in the history of all presidents, all of that hyperbole, we can be pretty assured that very likely he's much sicker than he lets on.

Plus the fact that they're not transparent.

You know, he had that second annual visit.
