And so that's what my addiction was.

How did I give it up?

Well, it took a long time.

In fact, if I started listening now to all the CDs that I have at home and did nothing but listen for the rest of my life.

what cost this habit is exacting on their lives.

It has to do also with some belief that there's a part of us that's actually healthy and we can get in touch with it.
