We want to deliver capacity for people.

The reality is, David, waiting lists are up 73%.

We have over a million on lists.

since the introduction of Slaunch Care in 2017.

The solutions will be provided by us working together.

I'm saying that most Model 3 hospitals and a lot of Model 4 hospitals do not have the consultant staffing to do extended working days in the evening.

and to do Saturday working.

The 11% that can do it, those are very big departments.

And it was always envisioned that the Saturday scheduled care would be in addition to Monday to Friday, never in replacement for Monday or Tuesday.

Remember, the consultant working the Saturday, they're going to get Monday or Tuesday on the way in, or Sunday, Monday on the way out off.

And we will have reduced capacity if the Saturday is instead.

I very much support Saturday scheduled care, David.

When I was in Boston, we provided those outpatient lists

but it was never at the expense of Monday or Tuesday, where the full team were in and we had maximal productivity.
