So there's that. There's the environmental temptations and the social temptations and the habits and the addictions. Sugar addiction is a very real biochemical phenomenon. So there's that. But I mean, I've been, I had a weight issue growing up. Everyone in my family did. And I've been on lots of different diets in my life. This is the easiest one to stay on.

You're not getting those spikes and crashes in glucose, which cause spikes and crashes in appetite hormones, satiety hormones, stress hormones, reproductive hormones, brain chemistry.
