And what do you and your wife do for fun?
Well, I don't watch a lot of, I don't watch a lot of television.
Sandra watches more than I do, but we do like to watch old movies sometimes together.
We don't like the more contemporary ones, but some of the old detective movies, yes.
Like what?
um we watched some of the some of the bbc doings of the um of the of the peter williams mysteries by dorothy sayers okay and we've read those novels so that's great we've watched the um the uh again bbc the there are several different bbc versions of a lot of these things with the jane austen novels okay yes okay some of those are really really them and by bbc are good are they
Oh, well, yeah, there are better ones.
Some of them they've done more than once.
There's an older BBC version and a newer one, and sometimes one's better than the other, but the good ones are really good.

Woodhouse is just one of the funniest people in history.

Do you read those stories to Sandra?
Oh, yes.
When Sandra and I, when we first discovered them, it was hard because...
Because we both discovered P.G.
Woodhouse at the same time, and I'd want to read it, and she'd want to get the book away from me, and she'd be reading it, and I'd want to get the book.
So the only way that we could settle that was to read it out loud to each other.
Yeah, and they are such a scream.
