Like, you can find all this data on ultra-processed foods, food addictions, you know, differences in obesity rates, right?
You can find it anywhere.
But somehow, when it comes down to the end, they're always like, well, it's all calories and calories.

There's more.

Let's know more so that we can do better, right?
So to me, they're important books because The Hunger Code is actually the first book I've written in about six years.
Yeah, I was like, okay, I think I've said everything I need to say.
But then it's like, oh, no, but look at all this interesting new data, right?
It's like, oh.
Then I start to realize, hey, there's actually a lot more about it, right?
And so it's like, let's tell people so that we can keep moving forward on these discussions so that we're not stuck in this sort of rut about, you know, it's just calories.
Therefore, it's all within your control.
A lot of it is outside of people's control.
And that's where you have to sort of
Identify it.
It's like anything in medicine.
Identify the problem, then you reach for the right solution, right?
