But following them over time is very important because it's going to give you a better idea.
Because of this
sort of variability, right?
It's sort of like, you know, it's like stock markets, right?
Every day, if you watch it every day, it's like, oh, there's no rhyme or reason.
But then when you sort of zoom out and say, oh, let's watch over, it's sort of this slow up and down, right?
Same thing with C-peptides.
You have to follow it over time.
So that's a really important marker.
I've actually talked to people.
It's not covered.
That's the problem.
So where I practice in Toronto, I order it and it's just paid for by the government.
So I can order it, no problem.
But that's not the case in most places here.
So you actually have to pay for that yourself, which precludes, like, you know, a lot of doctors won't do that because they don't want to put, you know, financial strain on their patients, which is the same thing I do, right?
But I actually think that
you know, how else are you going to check it, right?
Like there are other measures you could use.
There's this insulin resistance index, right?
