We have procedures, some done in the office, some done in the ambulatory surgery center.
And I think that gave patients hope.
We introduced the concept of this early on, and I still do this at the first visit for them.
And we also found that our follow-up rates went up.
much higher.
Because I think patients understood that there was more.
I regularly say, if this doesn't work, do not lose hope.
We have other things we can do.
Right, right.
I think it's important.
I mean, I think we should be offering more therapies.
I mean, still, even in robust practices, I think there's been publications from Cleveland Clinic, Virginia Mason, from Stony Brook.
And, you know, we're all offering this all the time.
And I think we're still getting between only 15 and 20% of the overactive bladder patients to procedural intervention.
And this is kind of shocking considering how many patients have overactive bladder.
Yeah, sure.
Right now, so ITNS is a new category procedure, and Medicare has recognized that, and CMS has assigned a Category 3 CPT code.
So for those who aren't familiar with Category 3 CPT codes, they're a little different.
All the codes we use for established procedures are CPT-1 codes.
CPT-3 means it's a new category procedure.
