We can do it every three months.
We'll see how it changes practice.
I think it's too early to tell.
Luckily, I think some of the private insurers have not followed suit yet, but typically they do.
So we'll see what happens with private insurers.
Right.
About 99% of the injections.
I try to do them all in the office.
However, on occasion, you get that patient who's very anxious or doesn't think they can tolerate it.
So in those cases, I'll do it under sedation or ambulatory surgery center.
But I do everything in my power to try doing the office.
It's so much more efficient that way.
Let me take a step back and just talk about PTNS in general, you know.
As we know, PTNS is almost like acupuncture, electrical stimulation, and patients have to come in for a 30-minute session once a week for 12 weeks.
And after the 12 weeks, we kind of assess if they've improved or not.
I think we know from Ken Peter's SUMMIT trial, the sham control trial, that about 55% of the patients had moderate improvement after 12 weeks.
And I found in my practice, a lot of patients actually gravitate towards PTNS first because they view it as more holistic, almost like acupuncture.
And it's great.
But the problem is the compliance is poor.
I think it's been published.
