I was always putting everybody above myself and I've realized now that I cannot be the doctor or the leader I want to really be unless I take care of myself first.
Being on this leave, taking care of myself right now and modeling that that's okay and be an even better leader when I return, that's more powerful.

He mentions like turning the mundane into a masterpiece.
And I kind of feel that right now with just really trying to live in each moment.
And then, you know, I also have like fun songs, like Carry On by Fine.

fully being in the moment.
