The reason that people generally don't take to it too much is because it does have somewhat of an aftertaste that people object to, but

But again, we get back to this old story that we just don't see the overall benefits in terms of weight control by people who use artificial sweeteners.
Well, I'll one-up you on that because I've gotten used to drinking coffee without sugar or without artificial sweetener.
And when you make good coffee, you don't need either sugar or an artificial sweetener.
You can enjoy the taste of the coffee itself.
