I bought a house a few years ago and I discovered soon enough that it was a bit of a lemon. Since then I've been sort of spending all of my time repairing this house and trying to get it up to market value in hopes to, oh, I don't know, rent it or sell it or do something with it that could be profitable. And the second thing is that, you know, a couple,
