It was like, yeah, that's my guy.
That is great.
Yeah, I would agree with that.
We have to also look at this time in history.
And I think this happened worldwide in 2007, 2008, 2009.
There was this huge recession.
You know, we called it in our country the Great Recession, very similar to the Great Depression that happened in the late 20s and 30s.
So many people lost their jobs or couldn't afford to keep their houses or apartments, had to take themselves down in terms of jobs and what they had hoped they would be able to do.
So I think a lot of young people in the generation you're talking about lived through that and saw their parents suffer, saw their older siblings suffer and so on.
So there is a lot more fear.
And the white collar jobs.
Wait a minute.
Let me finish my point.
So also, I think that
there's a lot of shame when you're not successful as a guy.
Right?
It's all about having a good job, making enough money, maybe being able to afford, you know, your own house eventually, blah, blah, blah.
So there are men who are uncomfortable if...
a female partner is earning more than they are.
We see that a lot in this country.
