The reason that psychiatrists have to be sociopathic is I have to be able to sit with someone who's suicidal and hopeless and depressed and not absorb that.
I have to put up a wall of empathy.
And I can turn it on and off like a valve.
So I've trained myself to like be more empathic.
Having kids was a big part of that.
So it's not that I'm evil.
But sociopathy is really common, like a surgeon has to cut into another human being and not feel bad about it.
Right.
Which sounds kind of weird, but like makes sense.
So there are absolutely these kinds of traits where if you kind of think about like.

then it's really hard to run a successful business.
So being able to fire someone, and it's not even that firing someone is like evil.
People may perceive it that way, especially if they're the ones getting fired.
It's a necessity for a successful business, right?
