Then you'll know whether it's enough.
It's not give up.
Even that phrasing is wrong.
It implies failure.
It's transition.
No, no, but I think it's the right word in the sense that that's the way everyone thinks.
Instead, ask yourself, has this been enough?
I work with patients who are trying to make it work in couples therapy.
And what we get to, what I get to like emotionally is, is this enough?
Have we tried enough?
Have we tried treatment enough?
Is this enough?
And if the answer to that question is yes, then let it go.
I think belief and capability are two entirely different things.
Belief is your estimation of your ability.
Capability is your ability.
