So you've had an injury, and the good news is you recover from it.
With pain, it's really worthwhile going to a pain clinic.
A little diversion here.
With back pain, often you have an injury.
The injury heals, but your brain has learned to have the pain.
And so even though the injury is gone, you still have the pain.
And pain clinics can help you get out of that.
And also a neurologist.
So you need to go through your GP, and there are two pathways to head down.
pain management and a neurologist, and almost certainly you can have a better outcome further down the line.
